The machine uses high quality SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel plunger type metering pump to perform filling, combine automatic filling, automatic cover, mechanical and electrical together. Economical and applicable, with small footprint. Widely used in the liquid packaging of food, pesticide, chemical, cosmetics and other industries.The machine are composed of turn table feeding and collection, filling and capping , hoist . The machine is controlled by PLC control system. the machine have variable frequency speed regulation, high degree of automation. The filling cylinder body adopts the rotary valve type piston pump, effectively prevents the drawing and the drip.The star wheel mold should be also changed according to different jar size.
