Adjust the bottle Fixture for fix the bottle---Manual bottle placement---Air Rinsing---Vacuum Filling---Manual Put Sprayer---Bottle Cap locator---Bottle Crimping---Manul put bottle Collar---Bottle Collar--Automatic Bottle Take out to conveyor for next step

1. Manual Bottle Placement: Operators place empty bottles onto custom molds.
2. Air Rinsing: Compressed air cleans bottles to remove dust and residues.
3. Vacuum-Based Level-Filling:
* Utilizes vacuum pressure to ensure consistent liquid levels in all bottles, regardless of slight volume variations in glass bottles.
* Eliminates uneven filling heights caused by fixed-volume methods.
4. Manual Sprayer Attachment: Operators secure perfume sprayers onto bottles.
5. Single-Head Alignment: Precise positioning system ensures sprayer orientation accuracy.
6. Automatic Single-Head Tightening: Automated torque-controlled mechanism securely fastens sprayers.
7. Manual Middle Sleeve Placement: Operators position decorative middle sleeves (caps).
8. Single-Head Automatic Pressing: Pneumatic system uniformly presses sleeves into place.
9. Automatic Discharge: Finished products are transferred to conveyor belts for packaging.
