For Liquid & Paste:Suitable for various kinds of liquid and paste, such as wine, gel, shampoo, cream, sesame paste, ketchup, honey, etc. Comply with GMP requirement. Spare sealing rings have been packed in the package. Material with seeds or chunks please choose our large size horizontal piston filling machine.

PTFE Piston:PTFE material has chemical resistance, wear resistance, high toughness and strength. And the size of the piston has been precisely ground for many times to make it fit the hopper, so that the frictional resistance it receives is smaller, NO piston jams like some machines! The resistance when pressing is reduced by 30%, so it is more labor-saving to fill.
Sturdy Structure and Humanized Design: Even though all A03 filling machines on the market look the same, there are differences inside. Internal gear we use is made of steel, not plastic used by some sellers. The filling nozzle is made of 304 stainless steel, not other cheaper and rusty material. Quality PTFE piston can be resistant to 200ºC(=392ºF). 2.6 Gallon capacity hopper can be easily removed for cleaning.
