The machine is with "no jar no filling", "no bottle no cap feeding", filling, cap feeding and capping automatically.

Servo piston pump filling control.

After filling, the mechanical hand put the cap and tighten it by cylinder.

The star wheel mold should be also changed according to different jar size.

The machine is controlled by PLC with touch screen controller.
