Machine production process: manual tube release-automatic filling-manual inserting of plugs (or customized automatically)-manual brush insertion (or customized automatic)-automatic cap twisting-automatic tube removal;
1. Tube loading station: manual intubation; press the tube to open the mold sleeve;
2. Filling station: automatic filling; servo motor is connected to drive the piston rod for quantitative filling; the tube and mouth needle have guiding functions; it can be lifted up and lowered while filling;
3. Inner plug station: Manually hang the inner plug; it can be manually hung up in the direct vibration guide trough for automatic transportation, automatic grabbing and pressing into the pipe; (optional vibration disk management inner plug connection direct vibration fully automatic insertion of the inner plug)
4. Inner plug pressing station: Open when the inner plug is manually inserted; automatically press into the pipe; can be closed or removed when not in use;
5. Cap twisting station: automatic three-claw twist cap; adjustable torque;
Pipe taking station: automatic pipe taking; pipe taking by clamping cylinder;
